Many organizations make light of the value they could gain from Big Data generated by their work force. As documents, emails, spreadsheets, etc are stored in various devices and locked away, many organizations (albeit inadvertently) lose opportunities to extract value from troughs of unstructured data. Rob Livingstone (A former CIO and the author of Navigating Through the Cloud) makes important points
